“Great experience at New York Optical! One of the nose pads on my glasses suddenly fell off, and I happened to be nearby for lunch, so I stopped in to see if they could help.
They immediately took care of it and quickly replaced both nose pads with a new set. The best part is that I didn’t even buy my glasses from them. I offered to pay, but they wouldn’t accept any money.
