This Vision works is the best one I've ever been to. I live about 25 min away and I'd rather go here than the one right behind my complex. The optometrist who did the exam was the sweetest, personable, and explained this that I didn't understand. The fact that they have a machine that takes the place of the eye drops for dilation is awesome. And then your just seen by the doctor so much quicker with they system they have set up to do their part all on telehealth. Everything is so quick and painless and without feeling rushed. I was given all the right information about my copay's and they worked with my insurance and my budget. Highly recommend.

Everyone was courteous and professional. They made sure I got what I requested and went above and beyond getting me the glasses I needed to fit in my budget. I will continue to go to them.

Danya (I left her card at home, but I think that's her name). She did all my eye tests before I met with the doctor virtually and she was absolutely fantastic. Clearly she knows her job and she loves her job. She has the ability to make people feel at ease and comfortable. She's knowledgeable, she listens, and she's attentive. She was fantastic and the highlight of my experience.The woman who completed my order, I also took her card and her name escapes me, but she was equally fantastic. She helped me select my glasses, gave me honest feedback that was needed, and was kind and extremely helpful.
