I had the misfortune of discovering that the temple of my spectacles had broken—an inconvenience disproportionately capable of disrupting one’s day! I called them, and rather than offering excuses, they simply said they would try. I took the glasses in, they patiently worked their magic, and, to my considerable delight, restored them perfectly.
Wonderful people, remarkable workmanship, and refreshingly genuine customer service. In an age when “replacement” often precedes “repair” in the commercial vocabulary, their willingness to actually solve the problem deserves applause.

Came in close to the end of the day, just with some questions as I had found myself in a pinch right before a trip. Got my questions answered and they proceeded to get me into a new pair of sunglasses and gave me the reassurance they'll be ready for pickup tomorrow before I head out of town. Awesome customer service, super easy to work with and willing to be flexible even at the end of their shift. More than appreciatative of their help! Look forward to working with them in the future
