The whole place is so clean. Another highlight? The meditation room! Cozy little nook upstairs, try not to fall asleep. Highly recommended and 10/10 will be visiting again.“

25-77 44th St Studio 1L, Queens“Damia and her practice are wonderful. Being new to reiki, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and detail oriented of explaining how the practice works and what to expect. Our intention setting and conversation really helped me understand the work better. The session felt like a dream overall, although I was very present. Her intuitiveness is really remarkable. Immediately after the session when we spoke, waves of energy started pulsing through my body. Discussing the experience from her perspective and mine was helpful. Days after our session I am feeling the benefits and would highly recommend scheduling a session with her.“

I've only tried yoga twice about 10 years ago so was feeling a little nervous about it but it wasn't so bad even as a beginner! The class was great and time passed by quickly. I wasn't sure about some of the poses but Ian explained as he went without it interrupting the flow of the class.“
