This is a truly a neighborhood gem. All of the instructors are very welcoming and provide some what of a personalized service as they help position you correctly if needed. The classes are small and that is what I like most because it leaves everyone enough space to practice without hitting each other. I highly recommend this studio to anyone.

I found the deal on groupon and just had few questions before i purchase it. So i called the place and spoke to Deborah, let me tell you she's amazing and answered all the questions i had. Right after i hung up the phone i bought the deal for one month. This will be my first time for yoga classes. Looking forward to start.

Here is awesome. I have gone here 3months now and my posture and flexibility extremely better now. Especially I really love candle yoga and restorative yoga. I got a car accident before and yoga journey healed me. I've changed ever :) really recommend!
