“I had the pleasure of working with Chris x2 on a 5 split unit cleaning this fall/winter. We reached out as they were local and pricing looked very reasonable online. Called them up and scheduled quick and easy. Once they arrived, they walked us through the process and got straight to it. Both Chris were extremely professional and kind. Took approximately 20 min per unit and 20-30 for the outdoor units. If you look during their process, they are very thorough and diligent with their work. Both are classy dudes and very good at their craft. Will be working with them going forward on the annual, bi annual cleanings. Highly recommended. Thank you!“

“My old fuel oil company informed they were losing down at the end of November. I did some research and read that some of the big name suppliers had some negative reviews. I then came across Family Fuel and Heating i called and scheduled an appointment for them to come and inspect my system. I remembered i had an issue with one of the rooms not getting heat last winter. Rob the owner came over to do the inspection, I told him about the problem. He quickly diagnosed it, went to his service truck and replaced the needed parts and the problem was solved. He charged me what I feel was a fair price. “A few weeks ago I was refilling my Weil McLain boiler. The site glass wasn’t moving at first and suddenly shot yo all at once flooding the system. When I went to purge out some of the overflow the valve was clogged. It was roughly zero degrees out and my family was home so I called and they came over within 45 minutes. He identified the problem, emptied the entire system, replaced the spigot and cleaned out the site glass all within an hour. Very quick and very efficient.“
