I had a bad experience with another company that my building recommended. A neighbor recommended Kevin and they did not disappoint! Kevin dispatched Paul and his team to remove, clean (off-site because our building required it), and re-install our PTAC units, and I could not be happier. They were so careful with our home, furniture that needed some moving, and the PTAC units, and when they were done, they left our home the way it was and cleaned up after themselves. The units are now squeaky clean; I don't hear a sound! The price was reasonable and honest. I'm happy I found a trustworthy, thorough and meticulous company to care for our PTAC needs. NRV HVAC provided me with the best service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. They were professional, quick, efficient and executed the job perfectly. They exceeded my expectations.
Kevin and his team were incredible. Not only did Kevin diagnose and explain to me what the issue was for our HVAC system in layman’s terms, he provided a temporary solution until a necessary item from the manufacturer was delivered. Kevin, without much notice, also took the time to inspect and fix other issues that were going on with our vent system that our original contractors who installed them overlooked. I appreciated Kevin’s communication style, thoughtfulness, efficiency, and expertise. I plan on working his company again if I have any HVAC issues.
