I never leave reviews, but wanted to shout out Airnizer for their amazing work on my mini split replacement. The team was very responsive, provided different options for repairs/replacements at various price points, and ended up completing the project in less time than anticipated. They were also very careful not to damage my apartment. I would gladly work with them again and have already recommended to others. Thank you!

My mini-split system was blowing out warm air. Sergei came out for the service call and found that the pressure was very low. So, I needed a nitrogen test done to determine where the leak was. Oleksandr did the nitrogen test, found the leak and replaced one air handler unit. I am relieved that all the units are now working again before summer hits. Both Sergei and Oleksandr are professional and did great work. I chose Airnizer based on the number of positive reviews online and I'm happy that I did. I plan to use them for annual maintenance going forward.

Sergey was wonderful to work with. He had a calm demeanor and genuinely wanted to diagnose the issue correctly instead of rushing through the visit. I previously had two other HVAC companies evaluate the problem, but Sergey was the first to identify the underlying issue. He quickly ordered the necessary parts and resolved everything the same day.

Max, the dispatcher, was also very knowledgeable and took the time to patiently explain the possible diagnostic tests and what they were looking for throughout the process.
