I bought a poorly maintained condo and have unfortunately needed a few repairs and replacements for my minisplit system. I’ve used Airnizer every time. Their prices are fair and they’re very responsive and professional. They show up quickly, communicate well, the techs take their shoes off when entering the house and don’t make a mess, and most importantly, they diagnose the problem correctly and get it fixed quickly. Nothing is cheap in New York City, but Airnizer’s prices seem right in line with the market. Airnizer was fantastic to work with - we had a complicated problem with our newer HVAC that required them to come out a second time. Eugene and the team were patient with our questions, extremely knowledgeable, and ultimately helped us resolve our issue quickly. We would (and will) use them again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors
