It wasn’t until I found UTG, that I’ve actually enjoyed working out and saw results. The dedication of the trainers is next level. I work with Pat mainly in the mornings, he’s one of the most knowledgeable wellness practitioner's I’ve ever met. His attention to detail ensures I can’t slack off during my workout which is what I need. He keeps me accountable, even when I’m traveling, he makes sure I’m getting my workout in. Timmy is phenomenal as well, I just don’t get as much time with him as our schedules conflict. Tamir is the go-to for nutrition, his strict, direct guidance has helped me lose those stubborn lbs, when nothing else worked. Overall UTG is the best. I’m thankful for the people, the program and the community it fosters. I would recommend to anyone.“

The environment was clean, welcoming, and baby-friendly. Everyone was engaging, patient, and so good at making the kids feel comfortable. My baby absolutely loved the music, movement, and interactive play.
I also appreciated how the class encouraged early learning—helping with rhythm, coordination, and social interaction. It was a great way to bond with my child while also meeting other parents. A plus was also the fact you can pay extra to bring someone a great was to bring a grandparent to be involved !
If you’re looking for a fun, educational, and safe music experience for your little one, I highly recommend this place !“

The work outs are geared towards all fitness levels and certainly help you reach your goals. I've become a lot stronger and have challenged myself in more ways than not. I take most classes with Coach Amanda and Coach Tiffany during the week and feel so supported every time I walk in! They take the time to ensure your form is correct and I feel so comfortable asking questions. The energy is contagious in there because the instructors truly build you up and encourage you throughout the entire class. The members are also supportive and I've made friends along the way that inspire me to sign up for weekly classes. I recommend f45 in Scarsdale to anyone and everyone I meet! Try it and you won't regret it!! :)“

I was coming back from an ACL reconstruction and he was there when I was starting to run and jump and pivot. He made sure I was doing the things I should be doing AND, most importantly he made sure I was don things right. He spotted weakness and asymmetries in my body and gave me exercises to right them. Within weeks I was feeling stronger in the areas I had been neglecting. Mack is a great guy and I can’t thank him enough for the help he gave me.“

When I initially found David, I was hoping to find a trainer who was supportive, insightful and methodical. David is all of these things and I’ve made so much more progress working with him than with anyone else. It still surprises me how many goals David has helped me meet (like pull ups).
I think David is so effective as a trainer because he is impressively observant and excels at optimizing an effective workout strategy for each client while avoiding injuries. I also appreciate that David is very receptive to feedback (solicited or unsolicited) and goes out of his way to make improvements to his studio to best fit the needs of his clients. It’s clear how he genuinely cares about helping his clients.
I’ll stop before I inflate his ego too much but please give David a call and check out Strong by Lee! :)“

Being my first time doing CrossFit he was very informative and patient while working with me on form and precision while doing certain movements to ensure I do not hurt my lower back, which I have issues with. Highly recommend definitely worth the money.“

After regular PT stalled, multiple doctors told me I’d likely need surgery to ever regain full strength and relieve my pain. After just a few sessions with Ed, my pain had improved from a 9 down to a 2 (if not better), and my pain and strength only kept improving after that. He’s extremely knowledgeable and has helped me identify and understand the structural weaknesses that caused my injuries, allowing me to focus on recuperative and preventative exercises.“

He bases his workouts on research proven methodologies, not on fads or what is going to be easy to sell. My drive to be the healthiest and fittest I can be as a 57 year old woman is powered by what I have learned from Obi and through Obi. He probably knows more about every members' ability than we do ourselves. I can honestly say, if you don't check out this gym, you are doing yourself and your family a huge disservice. You are not allowing yourself the full life (now and later) that Obi's fitness plan gives you. Beyond Obi, you will find a gym filled with amazing men and women, who cheer you on, inspire you, make you laugh, and who push you when you just want to stop. I love this place more than I can ever express.“
