Health is wealth. Great gym, regimen and staff. I wasn’t a believer at first, but this class has changed my outlook on Fitness and working out. I’ve never felt stronger. Can’t stop won’t stop get get it.

I cannot say enough great things about this gym! I have a very busy schedule and a long commute, and had trouble committing to one fitness program. I have been a member for 6 months and am about to hit my 100 class mark. The coaches are motivating and actually understand fitness (instead of just reading from a screen). The gym itself is on the smaller side, but it is just enough to work for the program. The space is clean and there is always enough equipment in each station, including weight selection. Great location and trainers. They are always correcting form which I greatly appreciate. Love the workouts and the atmosphere. My only wish is that a noon class were offered as sometimes it's hard for me to make the mornings (husband leaves early for commute and my kids are little) and evenings. Otherwise, no complaints!
