    Mack is a very dedicated trainer who always has a full fitness itinerary prepared before his client’s appointments. He demonstrates professionalism while being very patient, empathetic, dependable, and organized. He has a wealth of knowledge on anatomy and fitness which allows me to achieve my fitness goals and is an asset to your health and well-being!

    Training with Mack for my wedding was the best decision I made. For 8 weeks prior to the date, he developed a custom program for me, encouraged and coached me and did not let me give up using just the right motivation for me to be my best self. I had fun, worked hard and the results were fantastic - I was so confident and felt great. That has stuck with me and I'm forever grateful. Orthopedic Exercise is a technique that leverages an understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics to address and fix movement compensations and imbalances to improve the overall quality of movement during workouts and in everyday life. Orthopedic Exercise is used to help assess and determine the root cause of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issues with posture, balance, and total body coordination. Once the issue or issues are identified, an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist can then develop a plan that addresses the problem through reducing tension in overactive muscles, stretching underactive muscles, and programming functional progressive exercises using dynamic movement patterns. ​
