“I met David a few years ago at another gym, where he was a personal trainer. I decided to try out one of his group classes and was impressed at his expertise in fitness. When David opened up his own gym, I decided to try my first personal training session for a few reasons: 1. I stopped going to the gym where I first met David. 2. I put on weight and was not feeling good about the way I looked or felt and 3. A close friend of mine trained with him and was seeing great results. Each session with David is unique. He provides a different workout each time catered to my specific needs and goals. He knows when to raise the weight I'm working on, and he makes sure my form is correct. A few times while working out I've felt a pain in my knee and my back and David was able to tell what caused the pain and would explain how to alleviate it. Working out with David has made me feel more confident, made me stronger and each session is fun. I would recommend David if you're looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition, cares about your needs, motivates you, and makes working out fun.“

“When I found Max Impact I forgot all about the other gyms in Westchester. I truly found a place that makes me feel like part of the family and motivated to be there! Paul and Mathias are great at breaking down the exercises and keeping the energy in the room up! I would highly recommend this gym to everyone!!“

“It's the perfect sized Gym if you're looking for group fitness classes that feel like personal training. Anthony takes time to get to know every client, our goals, weaknesses, injuries and ultimate challenges and breaks it down in bite sized achievable goals. Every instructor I've trained with is genuinely keen to see us all achieve our goals. They are highly professional and ensure that exercise is modified in case of injury or the slightest discomfort. There is an incredible sense of community/family and an incredibly positive and mood lifting vibe across all the classes. A huge shout out to Amanda. She's probably one of the best instructors I've ever trained with across 7 countries and 4 decades of training. It's a comfortable and safe haven for me to push my limits, get stronger and regain my confidence in my own abilities after so many injuries.“

“Marco is very knowledgeable about what he does. (I.e. training…he knows the human body,: muscles, but also understands how she tendons and ligaments all work together (to avoid injuries) and will tailor your exercise routines to fit your current physical condition to strengthen, condition, and provide an overall level of health I think anyone would be very happy with.“
