We have gotten all of our home heating, AC, tankless hot water heaters, generator, air purifier installed, mini split unit and they are maintained by Sunbeam. Today, Hussein came to get our generator serviced. As always, Hussein was excellent, polite and did a great job. He is an outstanding representative for Service Experts.
Parker was out to do routine maintenance today. He was on time, found a problem and thoroughly explained the solution. I was very happy with him and all the techs that installed the service. As a real estate broker I deal with all types of contractors often and can be very disappointed. However Service Experts has always been spot on. Much appreciated!
Off to a MUCH better start. Had a new system scheduled to be installed today. They were suppose to install a 1.5 ton unit and a 2 ton unit. They were here from about 10am until 8pm. Was only able to get one head completed due to not having the right sized cable for finishing the second unit. I accepted this as an honest mistake and I was very humble about it. I was skeptical about running the 1.5 ton unit without the 2 ton unit being complete, but the techs all assured me that it would run perfectly fine on its own.
