Nelson and Justin just completed a boiler review and answered all my questions which included switching to a tankless water heater and setting up our current water heater with an emergency water cutoff switch and drain pan.

From servicing our boiler, replacing zone valves. Rewiring thermostats to water heater and eventually replacing said water heater with a tankless, then maintaining it.
