Someone had damaged my aluminum fence I called Imperial for an estimate. They were quick to respond. Everyone I dealt with there was very friendly. They kept me updated on the process since it had to be ordered. Then when they fixed fence very respectful of property left everything very clean when they left. If I could give them 10 stars I would for sure. Highly recommend

Needed winterization for my Class B RV.Called several dealerships. Some did not even returned my call. One returned my call only to tell me they couldn't get me in till Dec 1st. Wow.Found WNY RV Doctor via internet and called. The next day Shawn was at my house and winterized my RV. His price was also cheaper than the dealer.Shawn was very personable and provided me with some knowledge and advise as I'm fairly new at this.Highly recommended.

Wow, where do I begin. Ryan is a wonderful instructor, a miracle worker!! I never knew someone who has the compassion to teach like Ryan does. I’ve been going to Ryan for a very long time and every time is a new and wonderful experience! I have rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative disc disease in my lower back, a very painful combination. There are many times I can barely get out of my truck let alone walk, but when my session with Ryan ends I’m walking and in and out of my truck with no pain at all. My back issues will never go away but with Ryan by my side I know I can live a pain free life. Ryan is very knowledged with Pilates and strives to learn new routines that she shares with all us. I have the pleasure of having Ryan as my teacher but most of all as my friend. A very caring, compassionate person that I will always be grateful for having in my life!

Love love love this place Carrie is the absolute best!!! I don't know how in the world she remembers everything it's like I have known her all my life so easy to just sit and chit chat. I started going a couple years back and little by little my boys started switching from a barber to her because they grew their hair out and let me tell you how picky they are like seriously picky and they absolutely love how she cuts their hair and how comfortable they are with talking with her. Also the price omg so reasonable she really takes care of you and will not do anything without going over it first and making sure you are good with everything before you leave. I came here a few months after having my hair dyed black and bleached in one spot somehere else (it looked nice then, but grew out and wasnt so nice anymore). I love that they offered a consult on their website first, so I could get a price estimate and make sure that what I wanted was possible. It was, so I booked an appointment.I never thought I'd love my hair as much as I do now. Sue listened to what I wanted and turned a drab look into everything I wanted and more. She extremely good as what she does! To achieve the look I wanted (softer and lighter with one bleached streak that I could later dye blue), she gave me highlights and then went over it in brown to make it cohesive. She was very precise - took her time and did a remarkable job.Whatever she did, she did in a way that didn't fry or hurt my hair at all... even the front that I've bleached and straightened constantly through the years.It looks natural and perfect now! This was weeks ago and I adore it just as much as the day I got it done.She was also nice enough to recommend a product that will help me in my journey to give up heat - which has been working great! I can achieve a clean, non-frizzy look without using the straightener.I can't say enough about this place. Reasonably priced, especially for the time she put in. Spotless facility, great conversation. Absolutely recommend! Sue is a magician! Best dye job I've ever had!

I had passed by here for the last two years since moving into the area, and finally stopped into today for a quick haircut. At least personally, I have always had a mental image in my mind of an angry old guy inside that would make the experience unpleasant however this was quite the opposite. The barber / stylist was a very nice young lady who did an excellent job. She was very friendly, and carried a nice conversation for the duration of the cut. Will definitely be back!

I selected the salon for my wedding day and wasn’t disappointed. The salon communicated throughout the planning process and created a schedule for the day of. I was impressed with the hair and makeup done at my trial and on the big day. There was a minor hiccup in the scheduling process but the ladies quickly came to a solution so we remained on schedule. Overall would recommend them for wedding services.

This is by far the best tree service I have ever used! They returned my call within an hour, came out the same day, and cut the tree the very next day! 400 dollars less than any other service. Left the area so clean, you would never know that they were there! I will definitely use them again!!!

Have always been afraid of going to a chiropractor. Didn't want the snap crackle pop experience and did not get that with Dr. GAU, but boy! Pain free! Even from the constant pain of a whiplash injury from years before that I thought I'd never find relief from. Been her patient for years now, and am always happy with her care and kindness.
