During the Christmas storm and driving ban, Dave took my phone call and although unable to make it to my house talked me through getting my furnace back up and running. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with me over the phone unable to travel due to the conditions and travel ban.

I purchased my furnace from Maunz, years ago. I have never had an issue with it or with calling Maunz with questions.Recently I had some questions about the replacement filter, so I called and it was amazing that they knew what I was talking about from my less than ideal description.I would definitely recommend them, if you want someone to be there to answer your questions when you have them.
