Had a water heater go bad call Wrate Service. Tom came out I about an hour. Provided a reasonable quote. Came back 90 minutes later and in an hour replaced the water heater. Tom very professional.
I highly recommend Wrate Mechanical Services. We received a prompt response to our request and great customer service. Tom did an excellent job and is very knowledgeable. He installed multiple items for us in one visit. Tom took the time to fully explain our options and teach us how to use our new fan/light to best fit our needs. We are very happy with the result.
