They were nice, helpful, the cheapest we’d found, did a wonderful job, and our cats are doing great. Any pet related dental matter I HIGHLY recommend them. ❤️“

350 Hudson St, New York“Can't say enough good things about my experience here.
Before coming into Pure Paws last week, I was going to Ivy Pets in Tribecca where I had some bad experiences. Previously, I paid over $1000 to take an unnecessary X-ray where I had to wait over 24 hours for results. At Pure Paws, they saw my dog Jack immediately and I received results / analysis for his X-ray in minutes.
Additionally, for his visit, X-ray, and medication I paid just over $600, far less for way better service. Also, everyone was extremely nice and helpful and Curly at the front desk even left me with some nice gifts for Jack at the end of my visit. Will definitely be making this my new clinic for Jack.“

335 1st Ave., New York“I bring my Cavapoo “Jrue” to First Avenue Vet for all of his shots and also when he isn’t feeling well, since he was 3 months old. I don’t remember a time where I wasn’t greeted with a warm welcome and a smile by the receptionists at the front desk. We never wait long to be seen and the doctors and vet technicians are all so kind, knowledgeable , and understanding to what ever our needs may be during a visit. When Jrue got neutered the surgery went good & so did the healing process, there were no complications. I know that when I am there that Jrue is in good hands and let me just say, Jrue looovveess it there lol. Everyone shows him love and he gets treats every visit. I highly recommend taking your little fur baby to First Avenue Vet.“

248 W 26th St, New York“West Chelsea has been our clinic of choice for 15 years. While the doctors change thru the years, they are all committed to excellence. One noticeable difference is that most of their vets are women. I find that women have a greater degree of empathy that I hope for in my vet.“

241 Eldridge St, New York“Honestly this place is expensive, but vet care has always been that way but it’s so much more here. I have been calling nonstop because my little baby has been sick. I have never met such a compassionate team. Dr.Fracapane is so understanding and thorough, always explaining everything so I don’t get confused. Wendy is extremely patient and kind, listening to me complain and the nonstop questions. They both speak to you as a friend, not just a customer with sweet soft voices(you come to appreciate this when your dog is going through a rough patch). There is not a price I would not pay to get this kind of service. I cannot recommend Heart of Chelsea enough, thank you for all you do.“

180 6th Ave, New York“We feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Abusada and Tribeca Soho Animal Hospital. The staff was kind and was able to get us an appointment right away. Dr. Abusada was incredibly knowledgeable and able to diagnose an acute skin issue that no one else had been able to diagnose and treat. She was very patient and compassionate with our 11+ year old dog, who loved her. 5 star treatment!“

Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, caring and one of the best humans I know. The staff is wonderful as well. Kim, Alex, Leo.. their loyalty to the practice and dedication to the patients is unmatched. Thank you all for all you have done for me and my babies over the last 27 years!“

I absolutely love this place the staff is very nice and Victoria is the absolutely the best. The new kitten WILL be getting spayed by her because I trust her so much. You can tell she truly loves and cares for my pets just as much as I do. I highly recommend and low key wish I could work here. ?
Also, I think it’s important to note. This is a very CLEAN environment as well!!“

21 South End Ave Ground Floor, New York“My dog had an episode one night where he was dizzy and staring at walls. We took him to the Tribecca emergency room. They charged us over $3K and t9ld us he may have 4 hours left to live because he may be septic. We then went to EVG and they said he may have rectal cancer, the bill was $9700. We then waited 2 days and went to Battey Park Vet, they looked over the results and told us he just had Ecoli. That bill was $120. Had I gone here first I would have saved almost $14K. Dr. Berger and Dr. Lopresti are favorites. Kobe loves them. This vet is like having competent family members.“

50 W 57th St, New York“I’ve had many negative experiences with vets in the past, from unnecessary procedures going wrong to rude staff, so I was very hesitant, tired, and guarded to try a new veterinarian. However, a good friend of mine said she heard good things about this vet and recommended I give them a shot. I have now been with them for years.
There is NO ONE I trust more than Jeanine to give my kitty her monthly ingestions. Unlike with other nurses with whom my cat cries during every shot, Jeanine must have magical hands because most of the time my cat doesn’t react at all to an injection. Jeanine is patient, incredibly sweet, gentle and caring. Her monthly visits are not a source of stress, but are actually a pleasure. (If someone ever told me I would ever feel this way, I would say they are out of their mind).
When my cat needs a doctor, it’s Dr. Attas. She is amazing. She takes the time to answer all my questions and go over treatment plans in detail. I feel heard, and I feel that my cat is well taken care of.
Because Dr. Attas and Jeanine come to our house, it’s so much less stressful for all parties involved. I am so happy we found this vet and I would recommend them to all pet owners!“

105 W 86th St, New York“Dr Lowenstein went above and beyond to help me with my fur baby. It’s hard enough as a human to move, and I knew it would be stressful on my fur babe. Dr Lowenstein was able to give her a full examination to ensure she was ready to fly. My cat tends to be tender and sweet, but nervous - he eased her, and prepped her for flight which went wonderfully! Now she’s united with me, and we are thrilled!“

The care, love and thoughtfulness that the whole team displayed was beyond! Denny has been recuperating and doing great!!!!“

21 W 100th St, New York“A Heartfelt Thank You to the Animal Endocrine Clinic & Dr. Peterson for Saving Our Cat’s Life!
We are beyond grateful for the incredible care our 12-year-old cat received at the Animal Endocrine Clinic! Our sweet girl was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, and thanks to Dr. Peterson’s expert I-131 treatment, she has not only been cured but is now back to her playful, happy self. It's truly miraculous to see her with so much energy again, as if she’s returned to her younger days.
Often, when things go right in the veterinary world, we forget to leave a review. But the amazing care and results we experienced deserve to be shared. The staff at the clinic was compassionate, thorough, and kept us informed at every step of the process. Dr. Peterson's knowledge and the clinic's cutting-edge treatment saved our kitty’s life, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
If you have a pet struggling with hyperthyroidism, I-131 treatment is a life-saving option, and there is no better place for it than the Animal Endocrine Clinic. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for giving us more time with our beloved girl.“

They are unfailingly helpful and have an ability to make my dog feel comfortable that I haven’t seen at other vets. Dr. P and Dr. Singh are knowledgeable, caring and put the wellbeing of your pet first. I travel from Brooklyn to Reade Street and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for vet care.“

“Just had our first visit and I am blown away!!! My 70-lb bully mix, Ferdinand, absolutely hates vet visits and this is the only office that made him feel comfortable enough to even be touched. Dr. East & Jessica were incredibly kind and understanding, even when Ferdie started to act out which I felt so bad about. He didn't need a muzzle during the exam which was shocking because we've tried 4 other vets in the city this year alone, and none of them were able to lay a single finger on him. Dr. East & Jessica sat on the floor with Ferdie and were super reassuring with him the entire time. Even when he started to snap at them, they were so calm and patient as opposed to all the other vets we've tried who got offended and refused to try comforting him. You can tell they truly love animals and had my dog's best interests in mind. The ladies at the front desk were also so lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone on the search for a new vet, especially if you have an anxious baby like mine. I am so grateful I found this office - finally one that I trust and plan to go back to. Thank you to the entire RVCOC team!“
