They took such incredible and kind care of my fading neonatal foster kitten, with true compassion and expertise (he survived!). When I saw another pet parent struggling and offered to help cover their costs, the team wouldn't hear of it and took care of it themselves. I've never seen a place show that kind of heart. I can't recommend BluePearl enough and will always come back with my ER pet emergencies! I was truly more than 100% willing to help pay for the other parent's costs, and they fully covered it rather than let me step in.

Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is the place to go if your furry friend is ill. Everyone from the receptionist, Nurse, and doctor were so caring. They were so good with the examination and explaining everything in detail from the cost to the diagnosis. Very caring. My pet was treated so well that the next day he was feeling better. Definitely will return if needed.

Dr. Munjal at Blue Pearl Downtown l, a clean,, calm facility. was kind in his treatment of our dog and us. He calmly explained our options and the treatment was thorough. Our dog left carefree and happy with the health issues resolved.

The front desk staff was great too!

This will be our Emergency Vet of choice from now on.
