“Brandon has always arrived and responded at any hour I needed assistance which has been quite a few times in this past year unfortunately , but thankfully he has always been able to Diagnose the issues… most recently with our boiler and even a leak in our ceiling during late hours of the night. “We have a heating unit that is pretty much 'extinct' (hot water baseboard heated via an ELECTRIC boiler!). Over the years, any time we've had an issue, it takes a dozen calls to both electricians and plumbers to find someone willing to come and look! I found 123 HVAC Specialists after hours of research to find anyone who would be familiar with a system like ours. THANK GOODNESS I FOUND THEM!
I explained the situation to the office Mgr (?) who set up an appointment for the next day. Joe showed up this morning, found exactly what was wrong (no guessing!), and fixed it in no time. He tested the unit to make sure the heat was working before he left.
Will DEFINITELY use them again!

“I am 1000% happy that I chose County Cooling to install my Mitsubishi split system. I had several local Westchester companies give me estimates but County Cooling stood out for several reasons. For me - number one was that they take care of all the permits but more than that, they were the ONLY company that did not try to convince me that I did not need to get PERMITS!!! We purchased a wall mounted AC/Heater that worked excellent! Great installation and performance. Couldn’t ask for a better system or company to install and work with. Scott is a super nice guy and very conscientious.

Because of the great results we had with the first purchase, we selected Carey & Walsh for our second Heater, a boiler system. Weil McLain.

Scott and team did a great job with the installation. Went seamlessly. We also purchased two WiFi thermostats that also worked excellent.

We did have a glitch with the furnace a year later but Carey and Walsh along with the oil company resolved the issue. In fact, Scott Carey called me off hours to explain the situation and help me out.
