“They started the day they said they'd start!

I had my whole oil heat system removed and replaced with heat pumps. Alex responded right away to my quote request and had the quote to me within 24 hours of discussing the scope of the project. The scope was clear and accurate, and I accepted the proposal. Easy!

When I accepted, we discussed the schedule. Alex committed to a date, and when the day arrived, materials were delivered and the electrician started to upgrade my electrical service as per the contract.

Simon was the foreman throughout the project and he was fully responsive and professional. In fact, it's weeks after the install and he still touches base to make sure everything is running properly.

The new HVAC system manages the climate in the house far more evenly than the old system. No more drafty areas, or rooms that are too hot or cold, plus we freed up two rooms in the house where the oil burner and tank used to be. It's a modest house, so that's actually a big deal.

There were a couple of moments when I wish we'd discussed something before they did it, but all things considered they did a great job. I would use them again.“

“We have a heating unit that is pretty much 'extinct' (hot water baseboard heated via an ELECTRIC boiler!). Over the years, any time we've had an issue, it takes a dozen calls to both electricians and plumbers to find someone willing to come and look! I found 123 HVAC Specialists after hours of research to find anyone who would be familiar with a system like ours. THANK GOODNESS I FOUND THEM!
I explained the situation to the office Mgr (?) who set up an appointment for the next day. Joe showed up this morning, found exactly what was wrong (no guessing!), and fixed it in no time. He tested the unit to make sure the heat was working before he left.
Will DEFINITELY use them again!
