“We have a heating unit that is pretty much 'extinct' (hot water baseboard heated via an ELECTRIC boiler!). Over the years, any time we've had an issue, it takes a dozen calls to both electricians and plumbers to find someone willing to come and look! I found 123 HVAC Specialists after hours of research to find anyone who would be familiar with a system like ours. THANK GOODNESS I FOUND THEM!
I explained the situation to the office Mgr (?) who set up an appointment for the next day. Joe showed up this morning, found exactly what was wrong (no guessing!), and fixed it in no time. He tested the unit to make sure the heat was working before he left.

“Our 7 year old LG refrigerator, which has never had any problems, suddenly stopped cooling. I called LG customer support and they concluded it was probably the compressor, which was the only thing still covered under warranty. I researched authorized service companies on the LG website, but when I called around, some did not service LG products, some only worked in Connecticut, some could not help me for 3 to 4 weeks, etc. ATR Appliance Tech Repair was the only one who could help me. “I am 1000% happy that I chose County Cooling to install my Mitsubishi split system. I had several local Westchester companies give me estimates but County Cooling stood out for several reasons. For me - number one was that they take care of all the permits but more than that, they were the ONLY company that did not try to convince me that I did not need to get PERMITS!!! This spells out HONESTY and INTEGRITY!
Secondly, their price was very fair and reasonable.
