“If I could give a million star rating I would. Dr. East saw our boy Todd first last week for what we hoped would be a routine check up, upon exam she immediately noted a large abdominal mass and recommended gold standard veterinary care and referrals. She handled our boy with kindness and compassion as well as discussing all of our options thoroughly and answering all of our questions. Yesterday we saw Dr. Ratcliff who also treated our sweet boy with the same dignity, respect, and high quality veterinary care. Completing the first steps of testing for his cancer diagnosis, and carefully selecting the medications he needed to be comfortable. She called us immediately upon receiving test results which unfortunately resulted in Todd’s final veterinary visit at the ER after hours. We were told where to go, what may happen, and Todd’s records were immediately sent out. This vet clinic is efficient, compassionate, and how every vet clinic should be modeled after from the technician’s fear-free approach, the doctor’s high quality of medicine, and the office staff’s efficiency. The office is clean and well thought out to be “fear free certified” which is just another sign of how important your animal’s experience is to this hospital’s staff. Because of this clinic, Todd did not suffer or feel any pain in his final days, and we are forever thankful for that. People like this vet hospital make the world a better place. Thank you.“

We started coming here towards the end of our French bulldog’s life, but they definitely saved him more than once and provided medication and guidance on specialists to improve the quality of his remaining days as well. When he passed away (peacefully at home), we had him cremated with them and they provided us with the cutest little paw print keepsake. I saw our vet (Dr. V) on the streets weeks after his passing and she recognized me right away and hugged me for what seemed like forever while I sobbed over our loss.Dr. V and the entire team at Greenpoint Vets are top notch. I Can’t recommend them more.“

“Brought my maltipoo here for an emergency visit. They were kind, caring and accommodating throughout the process. The receptionist on the phone was kind, took the necessary information and was able to provide a sme day appointment. Once I got there the facility was clean, the front desk was efficient, and all of the staff were great. My pup and I had a great experience and would come back for a regular visit as well as an emergency (if needed although I hope not lol)“

From the minute you walk in, you can see the care they have for the family members that they are attending to. Compassion is what a lot of other vets lack. They treated my loved one as a family member. One staff member even cried with us. Foxy was a special one because she overcame many of life's obstacles before her time was called. They even sent a card with entire staff signing with messages. Give this place a try. The staff will not disappoint. The doctors are amazing, and just as a side benefit, prices are acceptable. “This was the best medical experience I have ever had human or pet. The doctors were incredibly thorough. The care was top notch. My vets were nicer and took longer to talk to me than human doctors and surgeons. They followed up with calls as my cat was getting surgery to remove stones that were very large. They were so compassionate and I was so happy that my pet was getting such great care. It’s expensive. But you really get what you pay for.“
