“I have been taking private and group classes at breathe movement studio for 10 years. Meghan and her team are extremely knowledgeable about the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis method which I believe is the most effective and efficient form of exercise. The studio is very nice, organized and welcoming. Meghan is educated in a wide range of health and fitness services which she incorporates in her instruction that is tailored for each individual. GYMGUYZ Westchester County
“GYMGUYZ has gone above and beyond in ensuring that I reach my career-oriented fitness goals before my deadline. Having to fit certain standards of physical fitness come this September, my trainer Jordon and the GYMGUYZ team have done everything they could to ensure that not only do I lose weight at a constant rate, but also retain my strength and improve my endurance. I'm down ~40 pounds now over the course of 3 & 1/2 months and feel better than ever. The improvements I've seen in myself because of the opportunities offered by GYMGUYZ's assistance make me feel that any standard I need to meet by September I'll be sure to exceed.
Thank you to Jordon and GYMGUYZ!”
