F45 Training Port Chester

If you want a fast effective workout you should definitely try F45. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Every workout is amazing! One workout with them will have you tired after and sore the next day! I find this gym very motivating to always do your best! I love working out here!

I used to love this place before new management took over and made some changes. Now the room is a bit too hot and stuffy (76F) and the music volume is much lower. My mind starts wondering and I start looking at the clock to see how much longer to the end of the class. It used to be more energizing and fun. Just my person opinion.

If you want a good workout and willing to get here on time, this is the place for you. You will sweet and feel great afterwards. Good place if you are a beginner or been going to the gym for a long time and have not seen results. It's like having a personal trainer tell you what to do in quick and efficient manner. I would recommend. The only drawback is that the place closes at 630 pm. So if you work late, this will lot work unless you want to come in the morning.
