I have been training at Athlete Evolution for over 15 years. The facility is up to date and bright, while the training staff is professional, knowledgeable and personable. It feels like a “family” environment in the gym. I had many injuries when I came in, and they were careful to build my strength in a safe, structured way. Highly recommend!

I have been with JT for almost 20 yrs, and I can honestly say that he has been one of the most important constants in my health and recovery journey. After a serious car accident and now again through my hip surgery, JT has guided me back to strength with patience, expertise, and genuine care.
What sets JT apart is his ability to meet you exactly you are physically and mentally, and build you back up safely and confidently. He truly understands the body and more importantly he understands people.
He somehow makes every session fun while still pushing you harder than you think is possible. You are always challenged and always improving

Athlete Evolution is a truly outstanding athletic training experience. I have been working out with JT and Brian multiple days per week over the past 11 years. These trainers are truly gifted in their work. With the addition of a physical therapist, AE has a multitude of services.

Not only did JT rehab my shoulder after a labrum repair and subsequent cervical spine surgery, but he has helped me achieve physical and athletic goals I hadn’t imagined.
