“Rob came from Paris Heating and Cooling to check our furnace and noticed some leakage issues. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and recommended a new unit. We could have repaired the current unit but it was 22 years old and I was tired of wondering when it would kick the bucket. Anthony and Dan came out to do the installation and they were both very professional and personable. They were also very careful not to damage our floors while carrying the unit in. Anthony is really knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the unit and the new thermostat. We also like that Paris sells the American Standard brand, as it gets good ratings. “I was doing some repair work and got in over my head. Long story short: the water supply valve to my new toilet gave way and I had to turn off the water supply to my upstairs bathroom. I literally spent four hours trying to fix the problem,. My wife was not happy. I called Scott (the owner) and he literally dropped everything and came out to my house. This was 6:30 at night with a major snow storm coming in. Scott was at my house within 20 minutes of my call and in less than half an hour he had the problem fixed with a new pipe and valve. He was courteous and answered all of my questions. Cost me $200, but totally worth it. Happy wife. Happy life.“

“Jim and his helper called ahead to let us know they would be our house in 25 min. They were here in 25 minutes. Work commenced immediately. Wearing shoe covers was much appreciated. They worked from the time they arrived till 4pm. Lunch hour or rest was not part of their day. Not much talking going on between them, only work. Both were knowledgeable in replacing the boiler and hot water tank. Workmanship upon completion was BEAUTIFUL! Neat and Clean! Everything was completely explained to us so we knew how to run both appliances. “Triton mechanical has come to our rescue on multiple occasions! Wether we had a blown compressor, blown fan or even just our AC maintenance, they have always been honest and ethical. Our first experience was a second opinion, where we had been told by a competitor a compressor couldn't be replaced and we needed an entire new piece of equipment.
