I left a message for Harris Heating about my water heater and Rob got back to me right away. We decided to replace the water heater and he scheduled the service right away, he asked what time worked for my work schedule which doesn't happen very much anywhere.

So we got home at 10PM Thursday night, after being away for an extended period of time and opened the basement door and found a foot of water in the basement. Called fire dept and they pumped water out, they were great. Got up Friday morning and decided to call Harris Heating at 10AM and Rob Harris, the owner, arrived at 11AM to assess condition of my furnace and hot water tank. Both shot. Rob said he will see if he can get new furnace and water tank and let me know if and when he can do the job. He texted me at 12:30 and said good to go and be at my house shortly.
