We had a 13 yr old water heater and Rob helped us with his knowledge to keep it going. But we got a new one by Rob who installed it. Best darn shower in months thanks Rob for everything!!!
Our 17 yr old furnace quit last December, we called Rob and he rescheduled his routine service appointments to make sure we had a high efficiency furnace within 24 hours. ‘Twas the weekend of Christmas and all through the house, the furnace was broken and cold was the mouse. The children due home from their last day at school, this mom was quite worried they might catch the flu. The mom called Rob Harris in a tizy of worry , and this expert in his field showed up in a hurry. A ring of the doorbell and a nod of his head, this mama soon learned she had nothing to dread. He spoke informed words and got straight to work….education, re-venting and maintenance was a perk!
