“Our HVAC system broke down during the heat wave and it was time to get it replaced. My wife and I looked around until we found Prestige. What we liked about prestige is the attention they gave us and the flexibility they had to work with us. I met with Shadi who came to inspect our unit - he's super cool guy and was easy to talk to. My wife then handled communications with the office and they were able available or got back to us reasonably quickly, which we liked. They weren't pushy sales people, they actually took the time to listen to our needs and gave the attention we needed through the heatwave. We then had Ahmad and Sebastian install our HVAC system. Rob's crew showed up when they were supposed to, and they quickly removed the old unit. There were some issues with the delivery of the wrong unit from the distributor, and ultimately one of Rob's crew went and picked up the correct units to complete the job. We had a laundry list of things we had to do - replace a kitchen sink, sewer pipe repair, replace a bunch of piping in the kitchen/bathroom, replacing the spigots outside, install a reverse osmosis machine, and a bunch of other things. Mike came by, was extremely kind and respectful, gave me a very fair quote, scheduled me soon after, came right on time, did the work with his team, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I can't say I look forward to one of my pipes breaking soon, but if they do, I feel much better knowing I can call Michael & Peace of Mind :)“

“Earlier this week one of my AC units stopped working amidst a pretty nasty heat wave. I reached out to a few companies, including one with 100+ reviews. None returned my calls, and one completely stood me up. I expanded my search to Yelp and reached out to Nemat at 3 Point Mechanical. He said that he could swing by same day and take a look at what the problem is. It turns out there were a few problems with the unit: the core issue was an electrical problem, but the AC unit was also sinking into the ground and had not been serviced in many, many years. After about an hour, I was thrilled when our unit was back up and running. Nemat will be returning in about a week to ensure that everything is running smoothly. In addition to being knowledgeable, Nemat is a really personable guy and was thoughtful enough to wear a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone having similar issues to my own.“
