“Very satisfied with our selection of a wood burning insert for our fireplace and its delivery and installation by McNamara Services. This is a Lopy Next Gen medium size, with custom plate. It fit well our smaller fireplace and the installation was very professional. The company helped us with the selection, the ordering and payment process was simple and with no gimmicks, we had to wait for parts but they arrived on the dates discussed. They listened and responded positively to all my requests. I recommend both the insert model and the dealer.”

“We are a regular customer with Smith for plumbing and HVAC service and installation. Tomas, a Smith Technician who has done work at our house came to do a fall inspection/tuneup of our upstairs HVAC system in the attic. Components of the system ranged from 30-48 years old. On completion of the inspection/tuneup, he presented a professional evaluation of the unit. It wasn't pretty, but it was things that we sort of knew and we made the decision to have Smith replace it. They replaced our first floor system about years ago.
The work was started on the day promised and was lead by Fernando. He was the usual Smith technican: punctual, talented, a good communicator, polite and experienced. We felt like he was always acting in our best interest as the customer.
The job involved demolition and removal of the old equipment, as well as redesign and installation of the new one. They worked 11 hours a day and were done in 2 days. No damage to the interior of the house and the final bill matched the estimate.
This wasn't an easy job and the workmanship was incredible!”

“Frank and his crew replaced two (2) Central AC systems - a 4-ton and a 2 1/2 ton. Each system took less than a day to install and they are much quieter than the ones they replaced. It's so much easier to work with a family-run business, as Frank is involved in every part of the job. The pricing was better than others in the area, but more importantly, the work was done correctly and they were very responsive to all of our questions!”
