Absolutely fantastic! I called them late in the afternoon on Wednesday and they called me first thing on Thursday morning. They sent the best technician, Chris O. the same day. Chris O. called to say he was on his way. Chris O. had a great attitude and was very kind. He went out of his way to fix our central air conditioning on the second floor. He explained in detail why it broke down. He went above the call of duty. All businesses should learn how to run their business from Whalen & Ives. They are top notch in every way. They have a customer for life and I will tell everyone I know to use them. They are the best of the best! Highly recommend Whalen & Ives.
You could not ask for better service. The technician explained what needed to be done and cost involved. My problem returned and Scott Ives resolved the matter in a timely and very professional manner. I will use them again on all of my properties.
I have been using this company for several years now and I am very happy with their service. Chris O. came to do an annual check up of my AC unit and was extremely professional and thorough.
