From the start, the people on the phone were superbly nice and efficient—I was booked and off the phone in under five minutes. The tech (George - you rule!) arrived on the early side of the provided arrival window, found the issue fast, and fixed it. He actually took the time to explain why it happened, how to maintain it, and what to do if it happens again.
