I had booked a job via Local Hero. Roy (Pierpoint) attended perfectly on time, and was very polite. Unfortunately, Roy concluded the job couldn't be carried out because of limited access to the part that needed to be replaced. Roy did not charge me a penny, despite having made the journey and spent 20 minutes trying to assess the situation. Super recommended, very professional and knowledgeable trader 🙂

Reviews
As always, Bobby (and his assistant) did an excellent job and fully explained everything. Fortunately, he also did our furnace seasonal maintenance, found a problem and was able to take care of it - avoiding an addition visit later in the year.
A word about RJP’s office staff: always polite and willing to find an appointment that works around my schedule.
Great response. My water heater broke and they replaced it after a late call to them the night before. Technicians were extremely knowledgable and super nice. Thisbisbthe third time i have used RJP and I wouldn't use any other plumber.
