Earlier this week one of my AC units stopped working amidst a pretty nasty heat wave. I reached out to a few companies, including one with 100+ reviews. None returned my calls, and one completely stood me up. I expanded my search to Yelp and reached out to Nemat at 3 Point Mechanical. He said that he could swing by same day and take a look at what the problem is. It turns out there were a few problems with the unit: the core issue was an electrical problem, but the AC unit was also sinking into the ground and had not been serviced in many, many years. I originally called a big name HVAC company who came in, did some surface level repairs and charged me $500. I then called Nemat and he came in, diagnosed the problem and gave me a price several thousand dollars less than the original rip off company. He was honest and told me what I needed rather than trying to oversell me. Highly recommend using Nemat.
