“I can't overstate how great these guys are, both in service and price. Whenever I needed assistance with my HVAC system it seemed to be an emergency and every time I called they'd show up same or next day to fix the issue. Last week I had to replace my entire HVAC system(Labor Day Weekend no less) and there was absolutely no reason to shop price or consider another service provider, THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!<br>Reasonable prices, service second to none and when they replaced my system, they worked clean and even rerouted some wiring and a duct to make for a cleaner and neater utility room.<br>Many thanks to Lenny & Lonna for being there when needed.<br>John S<br>Nyack NY“

“Fifteen years ago I had my vents cleaned and it was a disaster! I was left with filth in my basement and a poorly completed job. Based on the professional quality of the servicing of my gas fireplace I called to try their air vent cleaning. I am absolutely delighted. “Earlier this week one of my AC units stopped working amidst a pretty nasty heat wave. I reached out to a few companies, including one with 100+ reviews. None returned my calls, and one completely stood me up. I expanded my search to Yelp and reached out to Nemat at 3 Point Mechanical. He said that he could swing by same day and take a look at what the problem is. It turns out there were a few problems with the unit: the core issue was an electrical problem, but the AC unit was also sinking into the ground and had not been serviced in many, many years. After about an hour, I was thrilled when our unit was back up and running. Nemat will be returning in about a week to ensure that everything is running smoothly. In addition to being knowledgeable, Nemat is a really personable guy and was thoughtful enough to wear a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone having similar issues to my own.“

“Tom and Olympic Heating did a Herculean job. I was told my Central Air Unit was broken and I needed to replace both the compressor and the air handler for a lot of money - which we didn't have at the time. I was told this by several companies. Tom said, our units were good units and could probably be repaired - he came out and sure enough was able to fix it. Then they came out to do full maintenance, and releveled the units - and we have Central Air working again. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend their services.“

My central air was broken on the main floor of my house, he assessed the whole unit and told me it would be 1 out of 3 problems. “5 Stars All The Way ! Was highly recommended by a good friend and they exceeded my expectations! Water started coming out of my dishwasher onto my wooden kitchen floors . Being that the dishwasher is over 20 years old , I thought the problem was just the problem . The water just kept pouring out of the dishwasher . Let me tell you something I called Hodges and spoke to a lovely lady named Claudia who was so pleasant and professional and promised me a call back within the hour . She was a woman to her word called back actually in about 15 minutes and told me that a plumber named Tom would be there in 10 minutes !!! Ten minutes! “Thanks to Jerry and Steve we have a working bathroom again!! We've had a stuck diverter for awhile and were too lazy to get it fixed until one day we noticed the leaking started happening on the top by the handle. We called Gen III and met Steve. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field and worked very quickly to fix everything. Unfortunately our house was older so the parts he had were not compatible. Thankfully there was Jerry to the rescue. He was quickly able to track down the part we needed and brought it to us so in the end our bathroom was fixed the same day. Thanks for going the extra mile.
