“Earlier this week one of my AC units stopped working amidst a pretty nasty heat wave. I reached out to a few companies, including one with 100+ reviews. None returned my calls, and one completely stood me up. I expanded my search to Yelp and reached out to Nemat at 3 Point Mechanical. He said that he could swing by same day and take a look at what the problem is. It turns out there were a few problems with the unit: the core issue was an electrical problem, but the AC unit was also sinking into the ground and had not been serviced in many, many years. After about an hour, I was thrilled when our unit was back up and running. Nemat will be returning in about a week to ensure that everything is running smoothly. In addition to being knowledgeable, Nemat is a really personable guy and was thoughtful enough to wear a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone having similar issues to my own.”
