I don't write reviews often, but this one was earned.
Had an emergency AC issue and the owner got someone out to my house same day. When the fix didn't fully take, he sent his guy back out again. When that still didn't resolve it — he showed up himself. At 9pm. Climbed into my attic and didn't leave until it was done right.
That's not normal. That's someone who actually cares about the work and the customer, not just closing the ticket.
If you want an HVAC company where the owner is genuinely invested in getting it right, this is it. I'll be calling them for everything going forward.
We had an amazing experience from start to finish - I can't stress that enough. Every single person we interacted with was amazing, their work was top notch, and the price was extremely fair.
Carol was extremely kind and patient with me, Rob was super knowledgeable and personable during the estimate, and all of Adam, Allen and Rob were amazing - kept us in the loop the whole time, were kind, explained everything to us, and were extremely clean; I think they left my house cleaner than before they'd gotten there :)
For reference: We replaced a 24 year old furnace/AC with a two-stage furnace and single-stage AC - both Daikin. It's been working extremely well...read full review
Raul was excellent! Got to the bottom of it quickly. Fixed it and educated me. Nice guy. I know you just hired a new guy by the name of Jack. Great kid, will work hard for you. We needed to find a local guy. You guys are it.
