“This issue was resolved, revising my review

Came to see my furnace, left door off and said office would call me for return visit within 2 weeks. This was over 10 weeks ago. I have called 4-5 times, first 2 times they said they would return my call. They never did. Then they simply didn’t answer the phone and I left multiple messages. Looking to see how to resolve this. I do not want to involve legal services but it may come to this“

“Getting a new oil tank from JD Tanks was a great experience from start to finish. Jay was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Sarah in the office was a pleasure to work with, as well. They only charged me for the first emergency visit and lumped the rest the visits into one bill (the repair was a multi day operation). “In 2021 my older oil burner, water heater and central air unit were replaced with a heat pump, new air handler and electric hot water heater. I was skeptical about switching to a heat pump but the past three years, I'm glad I did. It's much cleaner and with variable speed the house stays at a more consistent temperature both winter and summer and electric bill is not crazy expensive.
Everyone I've dealt with over the years, has been very professional and knew their stuff. I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of. From the office staff to the worker bees, all were pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to contact Malcarne in the future.“
