They only charged me for the first emergency visit and lumped the rest the visits into one bill (the repair was a multi day operation). “We had an excellent experience with Will. Before calling him, another contractors came to our house and said the only way to fix our plumbing issue was to demolish both bathrooms, which would’ve been a huge and unnecessary job. Thankfully, Will came in, found the true problem right away, and fixed it efficiently without any demolition.

We also learned that the previous contractor had used SharkBite fittings on our copper pipes, which Will explained could lead to future leaks or failures. He took the time to explain everything clearly, replaced the parts properly by soldering the pipes, and made sure our plumbing was safe and done right.

“In 2021 my older oil burner, water heater and central air unit were replaced with a heat pump, new air handler and electric hot water heater. I was skeptical about switching to a heat pump but the past three years, I'm glad I did. It's much cleaner and with variable speed the house stays at a more consistent temperature both winter and summer and electric bill is not crazy expensive.
Everyone I've dealt with over the years, has been very professional and knew their stuff. I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of. From the office staff to the worker bees, all were pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to contact Malcarne in the future.“
