Everyone at Rycor that I worked with were A-1 Professionals, from Dick, the sales person who came to my and explained the way system work, and worked my estimate, to my scheduler Erin, were great.
I can't say enough about the installation team, Damani Phillpotts, the team leader was the best, Lance Westcott upgraded the electrics for the project and got everything in 100% working order, Jack Orsuulich one of the installers did great work and was not unlike a Jack-of-All-Trades, and Dontai Casiano seemed to be everywhere putting things in order and helping out his co-workers as needed.
These four guys worked like a well oiled machine. They were all pleasant and personable, hard and very efficient workers, always ready to answer any questions I had, and they all asked me more than once if I had any other question or needed to have something else explained. By the time they finished work and cleaned up the area (better and neater than it was when they got to our house that morning, by the way.), I was much less overwhelmed reading through the manual, and was comfortable with my new found working knowledge of the system and was readyto put it use right.
They were great guys and I was impressed with their skills and thankful for all the help they gave in learning about my new gadgets that will cool and heat our house for the future.

The entire team at RYCOR, from the highly competent and understanding people in the office (shoutout to Destiny!), who answered multiple calls and assisted me in working with a very challenging homeowner (my mom!), to the technicians on the ground who showed up on time did the work quickly and efficiently, and even impressed my retired union contractor dad, are top-notch. I highly recommend RYCOR. We have hired them twice over the years to install mini splits, updating a midcentury house that was formerly heated with a wood stove and electric heat.
