The 2 techs that performed the service couldn’t be more professional and polite, courteous , from the time they got here till they left they gave an explanation on ever step of the service. Very clean in every part of the service you would never know they were here! I highly recommend McCourt in every aspect of hvac, you always get a more professional service with a smaller company than the larger companies! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful from Bridget in the office, Mike the service tech, and Benjamin the specialist. They came out within 2 hours of me calling, had parts for repair in stock, got our AC up and running and had recommendations for the replacement we were looking for.
