They responded very quickly, which was important, because there was no heat during winter, and it was a weekend, so after hours. They provided temporary space heaters while waiting to install new furnace, which they did very quickly, and they got us financing for it with 0% interest. I'm very pleased with their quick response and overall service.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Bill conducted the quote - he was quick, professional, detailed and thorough through the whole process. From pricing, units explanations, and what to expect from the tech visit with Jason R. Jason too, was so extremely professional, polite and informative. He added personal experiences and was a pleasure to work with. I would use again and recommend Appolo for any service they have. He did a good job at the Basement Furnace. But when he work on the Furnace at the Attic, he forgot to turn on the Furnace. The Second floor was freezing until midnight. My son went up to the Attic and discovered that the Furnace was off. Honest Mistake.
