Went into All Alliance Appliance for a refrigerator issue, “not working”. Willian was at the office, and took all my information. Assigned it to his technician. The technician was prompt and professional.
Even before the tech started, he asked if there was a warranty on the refrigerator. I had to call the store to inquire. There is actually a year left on it!
If not for the tech asking me I completely forgot. Completely honest and professional.
