He was right, my cesspool was serviced again and we fixed the issue. A highlight about this owner, very nice, understanding, and reasonable. I did not ask for a refund or price reduction, only what we agreed to over the phone with the office originally. Most companies would not take the extra step to make sure the customer is happy and/or resolve an issue amicably.
