Had a bad leak from our washing machine while away on vacation. Coming home to this was a nightmare come true. Then after trying to find a contractor that didn't want to charge me a dump truck full of money to fix the mess before the whole room molded over, or even called me back, was also a nightmare. I got quoted from two other companies and custom care was the one that gave me a reasonable price on getting our place fixed up and were willing to come right over in a few days to get it fixed up, too. Would recommend 10/10!

A month ago, my home was subjected to a significant water leak, which resulted in major water damage throughout the basement. Feeling overwhelmed, I contacted Custom Care based on a friend's recommendation. The team was exceptional, immediately responding despite the late hour. Their efficiency and professionalism in handling the situation left me at ease amidst the chaos. They quickly assessed the extent of the damage, implemented a thorough plan for water extraction, and began the process of drying and dehumidification to prevent any further damage.
What truly set Custom Care apart was their commitment to restoring my basement back to its original state. They worked tirelessly to replace damaged drywall, flooring, and even took care of repainting. Their crew was knowledgeable and respectful, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Moreover, they made sure to mitigate any possible mold growth, a common aftermath of water damage. I am deeply impressed by their comprehensive services and the attention to detail. I would highly recommend Custom Care for any water damage restoration needs!
