ER DOX is a great urgent care. I have used them many times for myself and my family. Everyone from the front desk, medical assistants and doctors are courteous, caring and efficient. I highly recommend ER DOX.
Very friendly, very good examination however, I feel the place needs a cleaning. I was one of the first patient of the day that garbage pail was full, obviously not emptied from the day before. There was no hand towels to dry your hands. The soap came out in clumps obviously not used. There was no hand sanitizer in the dispensers.
PA Maureen is the BEST. Extremely thorough and doesn’t rush.
There should be another PA or Dr. there because on busy days, it’s hard to imagine just 1 doctors and assistant there
