Dr.’s are good & friendly but your front desk is miserable and unfriendly. The one girl up front got off the phone and said I don’t want to deal with people today! No one smiles ( besides DR ). No one walked us to the room we were going in. They sat at desk yelled our name and said go to room 2. Not a very welcoming place.
Okay went to the ER doc Rebecca was the nurse inside the room she was amazing I want to give her so many Kudos very soft-spoken she made my son feel just so comfortable with the questions that she asked I want to thank her I want to thank
I have been to ER Dox a couple of times, the last time being about a month ago. Overall I had a good experience and the doctors and nurses are great. However the woman greeting me at the front desk was beyond nasty and just had such an attitude over nothing. She genuinely seemed to not like her job or want to be there. I was going to ask her why she was being so rude checking someone in, but I figured it wasn’t worth it to engage. Makes me not want to go back and be treated that way, especially when I sick.
