CityMD Plainview Urgent Care - Long Island

I went in for wrist pain and Dr. Sanderov scoffed at all my questions which was extremely rude and unprofessional (he is the old bald doctor). When he went to check for injuries, he forcefully bent my wrist knowing I was in pain, not once but TWICE. I communicated to him that it was painful the first time but he insisted on doing it a second time. In the end he just told me to see an orthopedic since he couldn't identify my injury. I nearly left the place in tears because the pain felt even worse after he checked on it. The rest of the staff was friendly but I would NEVER go back here solely because of Dr. Sanderov.

Went to City MD a week ago. I knew my diagnosis before going there because this is something that recurs every few years. Told the doctor the symptoms and the diagnosis and the history. Doctor did an examination and couldn't find anything. Gave me a prescription for a condition I didn't have. Two days later went to another Urgent Care. There the doctor immediately and correctly diagnosed and prescribed. On my way to getting better. I will never go back to City MD.

DO NOT GO HERE- was the only patient left in the waiting room when i was called. Waited 50 minutes for Dr Sanderov to come in and realized it was taking so long because he moves slow as molasses. After making me wait an hour, i had to send a text to someone that was waiting for me- and HE TOLD ME TO PUT MY PHONE AWAY until he was done. Completely unprofessional considering he didn't even acknowledge that his patient had been waiting an hour. If he's the doctor on staff good luck, you'll wait forever. He should stop practicing.
