“Jeff is great! He handled my doggie diarrhea dilemma that was stressing me out. I picked up the diarrhea and blotted as best I could. I used a carpet cleaner to get as much of the orange stain off as possible. I was exhausted - But It was still horrible. Jeff to the rescue! First he fit me into his schedule the next business day. Next he came and used his top-notch equipment and cleaners to get the stain off. When he left I could still see It, but I was just thankful It was hardly noticeable. “HRC, in my opinion, is the premier waterproofing company in Brooklyn. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. My cellar developed a serious leak during heavy rainfall through the street wall. They sealed the rubble foundation, installed an interior French Drain at the base of the wall, installed a Sump and Pump to collect and eject the water, connected the pump discharge to the house sanitary line and installed a heavy plastic membrane to trap any water that gets through the wall and direct it to the French Drain. They promised me that they would finish in one day and they did. Including a complete and thorough cleanup. In a recent heavy rain my cellar was dry. “My heating unit broke down and one of my radiators froze and burst. Jason and George came to look at the damage. They advised my son and l that the damage was slight and if l was his parent he’d advise us to clean it up ourselves. Get heaters, fan and dehumidifier. It would take 3 days for mold to set in and in this freezing weather maybe longer. They stayed over an hour. They stayed to wait for my son to get to my house and go over everything again.
