ITS Environmental is an excellent company. My first phone conversations with Doug were very helpful. He talked to me several times to explain the process and what to expect. He sent me literature on the chemicals he was going to use and answered so many questions that I had. They used a great product that would not hurt us or the environment in any way as well as being safe for our 2 dogs! Doug never pressured me to go ahead with the service and even on the morning of the appointment I had many concerns and we texted at 5:45am and he allayed my fears yet again and made me feel good about the decision to have them come that day.Eric & Christopher were excellent too. I’m so glad I found Doug and ITS! My parents condo suffered a generation of tobacco abuse while my sister and niece occupied it. ITS found rational wall treatments and implemented quickly. The seasoned pro painter and realtor were amazed by the results. Thanks again ITS!
ITS Environmental was a life saver! We’ve had to vacate our apartment due to an unidentified odor that causes severe headaches. We called Doug on a Friday and he came out to inspect the apartment the next day. He helped us brainstorm what could be causing the odor and helped recommend us on to an Industrial Hygienist. We’ve struggled to get our property management team to believe that the odor is real and our apartment is unsafe to be in. Doug was kind, empathetic and brought his professional expertise to help us get to the root of the problem. We highly recommend ITS Environmental!
