I was woken up by a giant oak tree landing on my roof and trying to impale me while I slept. Servpro was contacted and Gian Carlo was there within 3 hours. He was a wonderful project manager of the mitigation team. Eduardo, Federico and Juan were amazing, respectful, fastidious and just incredibly hardworking. They truly eased the anxieties of this tumultuous situation. Highly recommend.

Eduardo and Federico were here in time, friendly and thorough. They were able to explain the entire process from start to finish and kept me well informed. The work was quick and efficient.We would definitely use them again, but hope we won't need to. ?

I recommend Servpro of Port Jefferson to all family and friends! The project manager Gian Carlo and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. Andrew and Rudi and heir crew went beyond to accommodate my needs ! Sam and Vicent who came to pick up the machines and drop off my rugs were very professional and respectful!! Today 3/ 1 was the 2nd part after the cleaning . I had a painting job done by Paul and Johanes , excellent since beginning to the end ! Paul went beyond to help my needs and expectations! They were professional and left my house super clean and looking so beautiful. If you need a paint done . They were the ones!!
