Spartan Restoration literally saved our family! After a basement flood while we were on vacation, Joe and his team swooped in and found the source of the issue and solved it immediately. They were knowledgeable, effective, and extremely kind. Dylan, the project manager, was on site every day answering all my questions and helping with insurance claims. The work done was impeccable and I appreciate everyone taking the time to explain what was being done and the necessity behind it.

I had a great experience with Spartan these past few days. In particular, Dylan was outstanding throughout the entire process of handling major indoor flood damage from a burst pipe. From the time I called, he was at my house within an hour and then identified the work to be done. The next day Dylan and his hard-working team did all the necessary restoration and clean-up work after carefully moving all of the furniture to safe areas and then installing the drying equipment. He was especially helpful in assisting me with dealing with the insurance claims people. Honestly at one of the worst times we have experienced as homeowners we had one of the best experiences with Spartan. From the moment we called they were at our home within an hour and literally didn’t leave our side for over a week. Lawrence has been an unbelievable resource and is a great all around human. He answers phone calls and texts almost immediately and stood with me and my wife as she cried over the news that our kitchen would need to be ripped out.
