I wanted to share my experience with a puff back that had happened in my home. I called the insurance company which had contacted Rainbow International of the North Shore which immediately called to see the soonest they would be able to come to my home. They were there within an hour of the initial call to me. The cleaning crew was amazing, they were thorough friendly and compassionate. They helped me every step of the way. The crew of guys that came to my house were very professional, Dan came to do the inspection and Showed me where all the water was. They were able to dry my wood floor and save it! After that they had to take apart my cabinets-because of the water damage, but were able to leave me with a countertop and sink to use.
